«We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night.
