Great spot
This is a great spot. Good beach access. Private grounds. Friendly people. Safe. The pool was closed down, tho. Which we didn't find out about till right before we got there. But we had free access to the beach. And she gave us money for chairs. So that was very nice. And we really enjoyed the beach. There were no paper towels or hand towles of any sort for the kitchen and By the time we thought to ask Millicent for those items, it was late in the evening and didn't want to bother her and would forget by the next day. Those were the only issues we had. Everything was great. Thank you!

Location was Everything!
Apartment is as pictured. The host was very accommodating as well as Millicent. You don't have to rent a car at this location. You are on the beach and the main strip. "Main Street" The property is right across from Margaritaville. Taxi drivers are very reliable and will wait for you on your excursions.

Beautiful apartment
Property was amazing. When I was booking online that red coach didn’t impressed me but it look better in person so it was ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Millicent check in on Monday to see if we need anything. Which at that point we needed more towels and she gave them to us. Also she had taken out the garbage for me. I will definitely stay again.

Expectations may have been too high
I chose this property for the location. It was walkable to many restaurants and some shops as well as the beach. However, the beach was unexplainably closed the day we tried to go. I realize Jamaicans live differently than many of us from the US and this is where my expectations may have been a bit high. The air conditioner only worked 1/3 of the time. The housekeeper explained there was a trick to get it to work - sometimes that did it and sometimes not. The property is also very close to Main Street which is loud some evenings. Overall it was fine for a place to sleep for a couple of nights and the location is definitely great but we were glad to move on to nicer accommodations in Negril.

The house manager was pleasant & helpful. The apt was cozy & loved the living room’s color sofas & decor. The location was perfect. I will book with them again. I heard they have a 2-bedroom. Until we meet again😊

This appointment is just as it is in the picture as advertised it's very clean and organized .
I can surely recommend this apartment 44c perfect location close to everything down town Ocho Rios. Miss Millicent is a great lady with great personality and understanding. I would surely stay there again. Thanks to all the team of 44c. I work in several top brand hotels in Jamaica and America and this apartment was really clean and organized than most of them. I will make this my favorite place away from home whenever I am going to Ocho Rios. Thanks team 44C at the Turtle Tower Ocho Rios.

Great location
I enjoyed my stay at this property, it was close to everything (food, beach, entertainment, site seeing etc.) The owner of the property communicates with her guests to make sure they are comfortable. The building is a little dated but the apartment was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this apartment to others who are not looking for the bells and whistles of an expensive hotel.

It's always a pleasure staying in Kenita's place. Communication was excellent. Housekeeper (Millicent) was fantastic. The place is always clean with plenty of extras on hand(towels,blankets,pillows,kitchen utensils, etc). Thanks for everything and I will be back.

5 days in Ochi 2019
The unit was exactly as displayed in the photos. Once we got our bearings the entire downtown of Ochi Rios was at our disposal. We had a wonderful view of Main Street with the hills and mountain in the background. Every day I opened the curtains to a picture postcard. The sunrise is worth waiting for. The experience on Friday evening in the center of town was almost surreal; with all the activity, people coming and going. I was a bustling West Indian metropolis 'Jamaican style'; it could not have been planned. But we could always escape to the quiet peace of our of unit and watch everything from above. I was mesmerized by the view from this apartment. I spent hours just watching the daily traffic. The promenade from the back entrance (of the complex) to the beach that led to the craft park is a short (5 minute) walk that puts you right in the center of everything. Looking forward to it's completion. For the price, the location, the location and the access to Turtle Beach; I do not know how this cannot be one of the best options in Turtle Beach (except possibly the two bedroom). Highly recommended; but do not let everyone know; since they may be going down when I am planning to go.

Home away from home!
The best vacation I've ever had! This rental is conveniently close to everything. Peaceful and comfy its home away from home. Kenita I thank you! This will definitely be my place to go everytime i come back to Ochi.

great location
stayed here for 2 weeks in April , the apartment is without exaggerating in the best location possible in ocho rios. very clean place and also very secure . minutes walk from supermarket , banks and night life and also the private beach at the back of the apartment. host brilliant at communicating and the only reason why i rate this apartment 3 stars is the bed in main bedroom and single single bed dont meet 5 star standards. i highly recommend this apartment and i would return to it my self in the future. that's if the host accommodates me again now for not giving top ratings.
