«Room was very comfortable and spacious. Comfortable chair with ottoman. Nice hot shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispenser. Hand soap and lotion dispenser by sink. Could have stayed comfortably all week. »

«The deadbolt didn't work on the first room so the front desk immediately took action and quickly set up another room that worked out very well. They even helped in moving luggage over to the new room. All in all, the room was clean, quiet and met all needs for a comfortable stay.»

«This place is amazing. Thought not having a front desk could be risky but communication was great, so no need. Building was secure by having to use a code on entry elevator and room. More like an upscale apartment then hotel and laundry facility! Will try to stay again.»

«The property was a good price for Seattle. We were able to find street parking during our three night stay. The common area was nice, although we never used it. The biggest bummer was not being able to use the television during our entire stay. The remote was broken and didn’t work when we put new batteries in. We let them know on the first day and the response was “I’ll let the housekeeper know.” We wouldn’t stay there again although it’s not a bad option.»

«What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room ...
