«First time staying in LoHi neighborhood and it definitely won’t be my last. Espadín is an exceptional property. The unit was beyond perfect. Check-in instructions were timely. Bed and sheets were super-comfortable. Ubers were easy. Tons of great little places nearby to eat, drink and explore. Highly recommend: Williams & Graham (speakeasy) and anything mole at Alma Fonda Fina just three blocks away. We’ll be back!»

There were a ton of local restaurants within walking distance and the 16th street mall was only about a 15 minute walk. We were particularly impressed with how well-stocked this place was and although the refrigerator went out on our second day, it was fixed fairly quickly – these things happen. «Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely book again. Only issue was there were only 3 forks (we had 4 people in our reservation), and I would recommend drink coasters since the tables are wooden. Location was great. Mountain view was awesome. Communication impeccable. »

«Perfect location! We went to Boulder and Golden which were easy to access from nearby highways. We were able to walk into downtown area (REI and Union Station). We easily drove to the tour of the Mint, south Broadway, and Washington Park. Also, found yoga in the neighborhood!»

«If I had to describe our stay in one word, I would use luxury from the well appointed fully functional kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms. The beds and the sheets were super comfortable got great rest. The neighborhood is easy to get to easy on and off of I 25. Would totally stay here again and would totally recommend it to any family or small group passing through Denver!»

«We had a fantastic experience! Everything about our stay was wonderful, especially the central location. It made exploring the city so convenient, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The condo itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and very inviting. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip. Highly recommend!»

«I love Sonder, and try to stay at their locations whenever I travel. So, I know they’re usually on top of things. This room however, had someone’s used soap bar still in the shower on top of the shampoos, and had q tips next to the bed. I felt it wasn’t cleaned properly, but I’m hoping this is just a one off situation. Also wish they had salt/pepper like at my last locations. «Really enjoyed staying here with my parents, easy to access, clear communication on entry instructions. The apartment was cute and allowed us some privacy for our stay! The only downside was parking, we got a ticket for being overnight and the washer/dryer was a combo unit which means the "drying" didn't totally dry. Please keep in mind that those things I listed as "downsides" wouldn't keep me from coming back! Still a really great alternative to other short term rentals!»

«Fine stay. But I got an email saying I'd be emailed access codes....and never got one. So I was standing outside the locked building on the phone with customer service at night. Definitely impacted feeling of security. Someone knocked on my door before checkout time, even though I entered my checkout time as requested. And there's no peephole. »
