«The house was comfortable, clean, fully stocked. It was located in a great neighborhood, quiet. It's easy to get around in Richmond, so this house worked well for our needs. Good host-responsive and communicative. »

«Very spacious, bedrooms were cozy and decorated very nicely. They had plenty of equipment in the kitchen to use to cook full meals and everyone enjoyed the pool table. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and we had more than enough clean linens and paper products. The oven appeared to have an issue with the controls, but were able to get around that and use it. It was nice to have the outdoor seating area and listen to the train.»

«We were in Richmond visiting family and needed a separate the house to stay in. This house fit our needs quite well.it was nicely designed, cleaned, in a nice neighborhood, with good space for our family and a fenced in yard that was good for our dogs.»

«I originally set up this trip for a quality time for my daughter and I as a gift for the last week of Christmas break, others were originally to come but didn't show. Either way we had the best time, the entire house was perfect for even just us, relaxing to the entirety. The Host responded quickly when needed wasn't even 5 minutes. «Great place to get together with family, some of whom live in Richmond, some from out of town. Off-street parking was great. Kitchen was well-furnished, and the fridge is huge! Nice easy walks to the parks made this a great location.»

«Great property manager, great communication! Property is clean and accommodating (especially for my mom who uses a wheelchair/walker due to bad knees. Only downside is the neighborhood was a little questionable… my mom heard what sounded like gunshots going off 2/3 nights she stayed. However, nothing else scary or questionable went on. So could have been a fluke! Overall, it’s a good place to stay for the price! »

«Great house! The location is perfect for quick interstate access. House was very clean, lots of seating and the kitchen was well appointed if you wanted to cook. We will keep this one on our list for future RVA visits!»

«Our extended family of all ages plus one small dog greatly enjoyed our stay in this home! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, extra bathrooms, and a functional kitchen. The fenced-in back yard is perfect for pets and children. Street parking was easy and a nice playground at the end of the block and a small store a few blocks over were nice to have nearby. We would stay here again!»
