«A great hotel with an excellent breakfast, it's the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the mountains/nature in the area. The bar and restaurant below are great as well especially in winter. The room was very clean, quiet and well stocked. Great staff too, would definitely book this hotel again next time we visit the area. »

«A good starting point for sightseeing in case you are driving. The castles in the area (Rhuddlan, Conwy, Grwych) or Llandudno er just a short drive away. Also it is next to nothing from the highway. Clean and quiet rooms (we got a room in the annex), not an overpriced restaurant right at the hotel next to it. Would return.»

«Visited mid January when facilities were not all open and staffing was minimal eg the receptionist also doubled up as the bar person. However we had a very relaxing stay at this quiet time of year and all the staff were polite and very helpful. For what we paid for a superior room we were very pleased. It was clean and spacious with all the facilities you needed and partly refurbished to modern standards. Cubicle shower was a bit small and wouldn’t accommodate large person but we managed ...
