Minimal deferred maintenance noted, house was clean, bathrooms could have used a little attention, but not too bad! We would rent this home again, given the opportunity and financial means! The owner said he did not receive notification of my reservation from vrbo so he had to book us in another rental that was too small and didn’t have enough beds. This was a very stressful trip because of our housing situation. I spent most of it sleeping on the floor in not the best accommodations because the original rental that I thought I had until the day of arrival ...
