«This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet. It isn't far from the passenger train depot and was an easy drive from the airport. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has anything one would need to prepare a meal. Two off street parking spaces with easy access to the entry. While outside one afternoon, I briefly spoke to a neighbor who was a very nice, polite young man. I have already told several friends who plan to visit Fairbanks about this place!»

«Great location for Faribanks and aurora viewing. We saw the Aurora 2 nights from the house!!! Ten minutes to city center and close proximity to attractions, all while located feet from a beautiful lake!! »

«We came on a lark in hopes of seeing northern lights. We discovered an amazing place, with hands down the very best hosts (and humans) you could even imagine. The house is perfect. Laura and Martin are incredibly kind and thoughtful. They took care of everything we could have imagined, called and texted when the lights came out and gave amazing recommendations for things to do in the area. We can’t wait to come back. ❤️»

«We loved everything about our stay. The house was comfortable for our group of 5 The hosts went out of their way for us by providing coffee and snacks and other items. The house was spotless and well maintained and had a great view of the Chena River. We hired a tour to take us to see the northern lights and because our location was so great they picked us up right at the house. Highly recommend staying here. By the way we got a great northern lights show»

«My wife, my son, and I went to Fairbanks to spend Thanksgiving with my daughter who is attending UAF and couldn’t get back home for the holiday. We spent a week and had a blast. We went to Chena hot springs one night, the antique auto museum which had so many cars I’ve never seen before as well as period piece clothing for almost every car era. We went to craft fairs, movies, stopped by Santa’s house, and ice skating. It was so nice to come back at night and spend time in the large living room ...

«This was a Great House in a Great Location back in the woods. We were able to see the Northern Lights from the back yard. It was close to town for restaurants and shopping. Brittany was very responsive and very helpful answering all of our questions. I would Highly recommend this property for your visit to Fairbanks.»

«We were hoping to see the lake and enjoy some pretty views from inside. Communication with the owner was a little challenging. But once we got a hold of him, he was able to answer our question. The Evole website was frustrating.»

«Never been to Alaska, never been anywhere with minus degree weather--This place was warm and inviting after driving in the icy snow from the airport nearby. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was the most stocked I have ever stayed in---plenty of snacks, a bottle of wine and more---some of the pans in the kitchen were scratched up but mostly it was amazing. Lots of stuff on the TV but I could not find ESPN! Anyways, Tera helped us greatly and was most appreciated.»

«This treehouse was a wonderful stay. The check-in was easy, just a code for the door. Made it very easy when my plane landed at 0200 and an exhausted traveler just wanted to sleep. The house was warm and welcoming. Spacious enough for me. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked. The host was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again. »

«What a great spot! Treehouses are super cute (dry flush toilet not hard to use at all). Host was very responsive and answered my text within 5 minutes when the heater went out. Location is at the end of a road so it's private and quiet, but still very close to all there is to do in Fairbanks. Boardwalk from treehouse to bathhouse is a great touch and allowed me wear my shower shoes to the bathhouse instead of having to put on my snow boots just to shower. I would definitely stay again and ...

«This duplex was great. Everything we needed was there. It’s at the end of the street giving us plenty of room to play in the snow. Communication was great and the host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!»

«The property is amazing. Beds are extremely comfortable. We saw the northern lights 4 different nights. The family all enjoyed the hot tub. There were single digit and below zero temps are entire stay but the hot tub still got plenty of use as well as the fire pit. I highly recommend this as a vacation rental while in North Pole/Fairbanks»

«This is such a lovely place to stay! We visited in the winter, hoping to see the northern lights, and the location was perfect—peaceful and away from the city, yet not too far. The cabin is incredibly cozy, with warm wood floors that feel absolutely wonderful during the cold winter months. The place was very clean and cozy, and the owner was extremely helpful and supportive. We’d love to come back and stay here in the summer to experience Alaska in a different season!»
