«The location of the condo was great. Just a short few blocks and we were in town. Restaurants were close by and were easy to access. Our deck overlooked the Chattahoochee River and the view was very nice.»

«The condo was very comfortable and the communication with the hosts was easy. We had a minor issue while there and they responded quickly and got it fixed. The location is a long walk from downtown Helen but a short drive and is quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. It’s a good place to stay if visiting Helen. »

«Everything about this condo was perfect. The location, view, cleanliness, nice furnishings, tv size, room sizes, the master shower, keurig coffee machine, etc! We were there for a few days before going on to Beech Mountain to join the rest of our family for Christmas and it was a nice getaway. It was really cold while we were there but we bundled up and ventured out, shopping and dining. We had a nice meal at Southern Charm and also at Chester Brunnenmeyer's Bar and Grill. «The property was very spacious and clean. You do have to go up several steps to the entrance and can be a challenge with luggage. We had an issue with hot water being available in all rest rooms. Also, the outlets didn’t work in one bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay! »

«We wanted to have a place that was close to town and had a full kitchen so we can cook our own food instead of going out to eat. Location is good. Space worked well for us. Now it was during Christmas so temperature was cold. There is a wall mounted unit in the living room that provides AC and heat. There is no ventilation ducts to move the heat throughout the apartment. To heat the bedrooms there is a space heater in the back bedroom and a small table top space heater for the front bedroom. ...

«My wife and I went to Helen for Oktoberfest. This condo is located right on the river and a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend. »

«Everything was very nice and clean. Perfect size for a couple. We are young so we didn’t have a problem walking to downtown Helen but it is a 15-20 minute walk. Overall 5 stars!»

«We went for a Christmas vacation over a long weekend and it was the perfect house for our needs!»

«Updated and spacious. Great view of the river with several deck options. The sofa bed has a very thin and stained mattress. Could use a washable mattress pad. Other beds were comfortable Definitely walkable to Helen’s attractions and the park.Easy walk to tubing and mini golf. »
