«Location was spectacular. Great view from the patio and restaurant. Short walk down to the beach. The view overlooked all of Polzeath Beach and cove. The food was hit and miss. We had a great starter, but both of our pasta dishes were undercooked (not close to al dente). «The Custom House has a fab location in Padstow. The staff and their service is amazing. The rooms could do with a refurb and there are quite a few steps steps to the rooms. »

«We stayed one night at the hotel. The dinner was good, however the room was full of spider weeb and 7 sipers had to be "relocated". Not a good night knowing that there possably were others. Next morning breakfast was included but it started at 08.30am. To late for us, we had to get going. Left with no breakfast.»

«Rommet vår var romslig og hadde fantastisk utsikt mot sjøen. Stor hage med bord og lekeplass. Gå-avstand til stranden. God mat i restauranten. Hotellet arrangerer aktiviteter for lokalområdet, f.eks quiskveld, som er positivt . Det som trekker litt ned for oss, er at det er en del rot rundt omkring, får litt følelse av å være hjemme hos noen. Men hotellet har stort potensiale for å bli virkelig flott.»

«Our trip to this hotel was overall a pleasant experience, however a couple of items regarding this hotel need to be addressed. 1. The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. The shower needs updating as the tiles are dirty and the sealant needs replacement. 4. On the plus side, excellent food, courteous service from the staff, and good atmosphere. The room we were ...
