«Arrived late at night to discover no clean sheets or towels, along with dirty dishes in the sink, etc. Property had clearly not been cleaned which made my first night unpleasant. Contacted the owner who said they would refund the cleaning fee. After a few reminders they stopped responding. »

«We had an excellent stay and couldn't have been happier. The house was very clean and very well appointed. The owner was so friendly with excellent communication. He was also very flexible with us, as we were evacuating our beach town for Hurricane Milton. So many things were up in the air, and this was a wonderful place to ride out the storm. «This is a great location right by the springs. You can walk if you want. Great friendly diner on the same block. And being Florida, it’s great that they have indoor games if the kids get bored. «Cozy Cottage truly lives up to it's name. Located on a peaceful 28 acre lake with a private backyard and covered dock. «If you’re looking for quiet, small and cozy! This is it! It was perfect for what we were looking for. There was a a hiccup on the property, nothing to do with the rental itself. Even still it was a great trip. And the host is extremely kind and responsive. 5 stars for sure! Reviews are huge for me, as is kindness. Will stay again for sure! Thanks April! »

«At first, we booked the house for August, but storm Debby rolled in can caused the river to flood and the boat ramp to be closed. They were very understanding and worked with us to get a new date on the schedule. We liked how the boat ramp was literally just a couple hundred yards from the house, which made it very easy to get in and out. The house was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. There were plenty of towels which was nice because so many rentals do not have those.
