«What a cute little place to stay! All though I only stayed one night, it was quiet and I didn't have to hear noises from other guest like you would in a hotel. Loved the back yard. Only complaint was navigating the dog poop in the back yard with my dog. I would definitely stay here again!»

«This was our second stay at this Duckpond cottage and it really is amazing. The decor and finishes make it feel truly like a high end hotel. Kathleen is a fantastic communicator. You’re less than a mile from Publix and just a few minutes from downtown. We’re looking forward to our next stay.»

«You'll want to stay here! Absolutely the nicest, cleanest, cutest, everything you need & more, place to be! From the moment you walk through the front door, you feel welcomed. It smelled wonderful, the hosts had a winter scene on the TV with jazz music playing (our favorite) & a wonderful surprise of a heart shape made out of rose petals & tea light candles on the guest bed! «Hideaway Cottage and the riverside property it is nestled in were just what we we were hoping - Cozy, peaceful and an easy launchpad for wilderness adventures. We kayaked the Santa Fe from their dock and saw so much wildlife on or near the property,. Mike was very helpful and on hand when needed. »

«Property was well maintained and the property manager had made an extra effort to have things available that might have been forgotten. I was concerned when I saw there was no oven but the combination microwave did a good job.»

«This cottage is very well appointed with lots of upgrades. Whether you’re sitting on the comfortable porch or at the dock overlooking the river, you’re sure to feel completely relaxed. Great communication with the host made our Valentine’s Day stay so easy but we unfortunately had to leave a little early to tend to our pets at home. Definitely a place we’ll return in the future.»

We stayed 3 nights and found everything we wanted to do was extremely close by, very convenient. We didn’t utilize all the amenities offered, but the host, Chaz, thought of everything. «The house is wonderful—very large and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and it was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, and bed linens. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the host was seamless. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, free from noise. I specifically chose this location because it is close to the Springs, and it truly is conveniently nearby. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely return! »
