«I had to take away a star for facilities due to there only being 2 elevators. We were there for the dirt nationals, so it was completely booked and the lines for the elevators were insanely long at the end of each night. Check in was lovely. I believe it was Gail that checked us in and was so helpful and friendly. It immediately made our trip that much better! The room was great as well.»

«We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 10 years because of the closeness and convenience to BJH. It’s always clean and comfortable. I really miss the days when it wasn’t operated by Hilton, however, because there were no added charges for parking or breakfast. Coffee, juice, popcorn and fruit were available always in the lobby. They always before offered a discount for patients of the hospital, also. Still, I give them a good review for cleanliness, comfort and quietness. »
