We told them we didn't need a new one at that time, but when we came back from being out and about later, they had already brought a new one to our room. Thank you!!»

«The hotel was large and nice. We chose it for the hot tub and pool, which was great. The staff was nice and very helpful. We asked for an extra blanket and it was delivered to us quite quickly. The room itself didn't cool down, no matter what temp we chose on the thermostat, but we opened a window. The HVAC was very loud in the hallway, but didn't bother us in the room.»
