The owner thought of every little detail to make anyone’s stay as simple as can be! Plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries in case you forgot your own, night lights… the list goes on! The owner was beyond accommodating! We will absolutely stay here again for future visits! »

«Perfect location for bars, restaurants, access to highway. Smaller than anticipated. Garage very small, so unable to use and had to pay for parking, but that was very close. Host very responsive. Somewhat heavy handed with odor controlling sprays. Some very nice updates to small house.»

«This sweet, old home served us for one quick overnight stay in Indianapolis. It was comfortable, cozy, and within walking distance to food, cocktails / music (the Jazz Kitchen!), and a nice grocery store (the Fresh Market). Easy to park in front or back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not use it. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The host was proactive and provided clear communication throughout the entire process. A nice rental experience.»

«This property is fantastic! We needed a place to stay near the Indiana Convention Center and this place did not disappoint. It is walkable to downtown or over to Fountain Square. Being close to this two locations gives you access to some great food options! The unit was very clean, well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, the shower came with amenities and there were even 2 brand new toothbrushes in case we needed them. We hope to stay here again on our next business trip to Indy. Can't say ...

«Extremely pleased with our stay! Great communication, very quick to respsond! The house was super clean and nicely decorated. Our bed was very comfy and the pillows were soft (which is hard to come by!) Parking was a little tight (we had a longer truck). Would definitely recommend! »

«Great space near downtown. Very cozy and clean. Truly the only complaint was that the heat/house was only at 34 degrees when we arrived (it was only 40 degrees outside) and we were absolutely freezing most of the night even after turning up the heat when we arrived. We had some of the best Mexican food ever from a nearby restaurant, Loco something...just up the road. Very quiet neighborhood and great fenced in backyard for privacy. »

«Close to just about everything. Great location. Great communication with host. We had a wonderful time. Will most definitely consider booking here again for future weekend trips in Indy! »

«The host was great. There was snow the day we checked in and she went out of her way to come and shovel the walkway for us. The house had everything we needed and just a few short minutes from downtown. My daughter and I enjoyed the coziness on our weekend away for dance. »

«This house was a great base for our long weekend in Indy (volleyball tournament, children's museum, Butler visit). The common areas were quite comfortable and the king bed was fabulous! Wish we'd had more down time to enjoy the basement rec room more! »

«The property was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed, to include small touches like shoe mats at the front and back doors due to adverse weather. Owners were great and very amenable to our situation. They responded to all questions and inquiries quickly. I would absolutely stay here again. We are frequent travelers and the kids ranked this property as top three all-time and we rent 3-4 times a year. »
