«This house really has a great location. It's all about location. Within walking distance to most things of interest. The host was easily reached and responded quickly to any inquiries. We would love to stay there again, IF they got a new bed. We found to bed to be quite uncomfortable as it was lumpy. Not a solid supportive bed. Actually was sore from sleeping in the bed.»

«I am so happy I found this little pearl when looking for a place to spend the night in Gainesville with my better half. The create and focus to details goes through the entire property. «This property as a whole has a lot of positives about it. Leading up to the hotel, it was a nice path and very pretty scenery. The lobby of the hotel is very elegent in representation and there is a hotel and bar (did not use) that are nice as well. The rooms are a bit outdated and evidently has moisture issues. The hotel seems to try and uphold a high and elegent taste, however, I was a little let down by the rooms. The ceilings were low in the bathroom, feeling almost claustrophobic. The ...

«We spent Thanksgiving week at the condo with our shih tzu. The unit was very clean and came with everything needed to spend a week there. The location is on the 1st floor with a beautiful view of the ocean, and a ramp to get to the ocean. Summer Beach community is in a very quiet area, and easy to get to the trails for walking, as well as shopping. We would definitely stay there again!»
