«Our third stay at Bluegreen and it was the best. We had a very nice room in the corner and top floor, Room 250 in building 2. Very nice and quiet. The room suite was very clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was totally equipped for cooking whenever you desired. They seem to be taking care of the property better than before. And if you are golfer it is one of the best places to stay in the area. And now you have a Costco and a Bucees in the entrance. »

«My sister and I took our 95 year old mother away for a few days. April’s home was so bright and comfortable. We spent almost all of our time there playing cards and games. I cooked most of our meals there and it was just an overall great home away from home. We already booked again for my nephew’s wedding in July. Thank you April!»

«Fantastic location for our needs! Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Our son had a medical procedure, so all 3 of us slept in the master bed. It was comfortable and a great space for recovery. We were all able to rest well before heading back home. We were able to find lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The older bathroom on the property needs some attention by the cleaning staff. Otherwise, the home is very clean and looks as described.»

«Had a very enjoyable week at this house. The house probably needs some updating but it served us well. My kids loved the pool and it was awesome to quickly walk down to the beach. The view from the master bedroom and deck is amazing!! We loved watching the sun rise from there each morning.»

«12 adults and 1 child worked out well. Heads up: dining room table has 6 chairs, kitchen counter has 3 stools. We were able to take chairs from the lift for our meals. The stars at night and sounds of the ocean were very peaceful. Close to grocery store.»

«We enjoyed our weekend stay. The location is great. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. If you want luxury accommodations and high quality linens, this is not the place for you. If, however, you are comfortable with simpler tastes, then the accommodations will meet your expectations. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog!»

«We had a great time! We had 3 couples for a fun weekend. The place is set up great for 3 couples. Plenty of room with 2 living rooms to relax. Kitchen is set up for everyone to hang out together. We spent a day at the beach and another 2 days in town. Tons to see and we took a historic tour which was easy to book. We had one issue with the heat / cooling system when we arrived but got an immediate response from the host and it was fixed in minutes. Highly recommend this property! TC / ...

«The location of this home is great. If you want to see the sunrise enjoy a quick walk to the beach this home is for you. It's coY yet roomy enough for my family of 6. Working with Amy was a breeze. She was responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again. »

«This was a perfect home to spend our week in St. Augustine! The views from this house are incredible and only steps away from the beach itself! The distance to downtown St. Augustine was about 15 minutes, which made the neighborhood nice and quiet as its away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Property management was very prompt in responding to questions! »
