«We went for a funeral and stayed in this beautiful home for 15 days. Despite being there when hurricane beryl hit and losing power for a few days Mike and Mr Gilly were great. Very caring and considerate, and ensured we had everything we needed. Now to the home, wasn't sure what to expect .The photos dont do it justice. The home is new, modern, and very clean in a very safe community. Dealing with Mike was great, very responsive, and accomadating. Will be back in September and looking forward to ...

«Beautiful location and stunning house and grounds. One of the best parts was the house staff!! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Chef Christina was amazing at making meals for the adults and kids! We ended up staying home for every meal! To top off this trip, we have made lifelong friends with BJ. He was incredible with the kids and they will never forget him! »

«Triplets on the Bay, is Not an entire house, but a home divided into 3 units.(Like A Triplex Condo) You will be there with other guests and a radio station. Outside looked a little sketchy, as it was right on the main street, but there was a secured gate. Being on the water i thought it was a little further back from the main road and traffic. «This property was awesome—The property owner (I assume) was in contact with me and was available for any assistance. We had adequate towels, linen, etc. My daughter left things behind and Dahlia contacted me even before we realized things were left behind, and offered to, actually shipped them/ it back. «I travel often to Jamaica - staying at different villas and this stay was beyond expectations. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures depict. Staff here is extremely hospitable and professional. Clayton the butler was friendly, always available when needed and accommodating to every request - morning or night. «Shimmering Waters is exactly as advertised and the perfect relaxing getaway for my family to ring in the New Year. We loved the daily breakfasts prepared by Miss Amera the cook and had her come back for dinner to cook the red snapper we caught on our fishing trip! Sir Baker was a great driver and tour guide. «The Oceanview was prefect. Allowed me to stay for an additional tonight with discount. Neighbors very friendly and helpful. The pool stays open 24 hours. Need a pass to get on the beach which locks at 6 pm. The Restaurant was great not over priced menu. There's a bar/gift shop on the premise. »

"Overall nice, somewhere between resort and hotel. But look on Expedia, not their own website! Family of 4, with 2 kids (aged 4 and 7) Pros: Doctors Cave Beach is very nice, with good snorkelling. Good food, with plenty of options. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice rooms. Pool table, gym and chess board. Cons: Don’t trust their website… There is no kids club / kids room. There are some activities for kids on some days, but they might or might not happen. There is a schedule of activities, but less than half actually happened. Kids excited for dance lessons, but the instructor never showed. Same for other activities. And no one could tell us in advance if they were happening. Website also talks about several restaurant. There is only 2. The main buffet, and a grill open from 12-17. Pluss a café for some cakes/fruits. There is no Italian restaurant as advertised. Also, there is a road between the hotel and the beach. Not really a problem, but they give the impression that they are on the beach. You only get a free pass to use Doctor Cave Beach daily. Overall it was a nice stay, but as kids club/kids room was one of the reason we chose it, I can only give 3 stars. "
