«Clean and comfy hotel very close to the Cape Town terminal. Friendly and informative staff. Free 2 minute ride with the shuttle bus (to and from) every 30 min. Continental breakfast served from 04:00! in the morning, full breakfast (omelette etc) from 06:00. Good environmental effort to save water, recycle plastic etc 👍»

This B&B was in a very homey and relaxed environment. We felt like we were welcomed, safe and at home!
From the staff, our hosts and daily delicious breakfast served, we felt we were specally taken care of.
We will be staying here again for our second visit in Cape Town South Africa this December of this year and truly looking forward to it!!»

«Hawksmoor House ist ein klassisches, 300 Jahre altes Capholländisches Bauerngehöft. Wir waren zuerst im Herrenhaus untergebracht, dann in einem Nachbargebäude. Beide Zimmer waren ausserordentlich schön. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Zu bemängeln gab es nichts. Allerdings sollten Reisende wissen, dass die Anfahrt über einen unbefestigten Weg erfolgt. Wifi gibt es nur im Herrenhaus. Nach einer Corona-Pause könnte hie und da die Fassade frisch gestrichen werden. Aber dies sind wirklich winzige ...

«The room was large and nicely furnished. The provided washer and dryer were an excellent bonus. It was a bit of a drive into Capetown, but having a farm store on site, alpacas and donkeys right outside our cottage and being able to see table mountain from the property were nice touches. The atmosphere was quiet and safe and the staff were friendly.»

«Simply the best first night in a foreign country experience we've ever had. Jayne and Le Roux are the perfect people to work in hospitality and the attention to detail was unbelievably outstanding. The whole property is absolutely amazing and it's far more than just a hotel - the experiences offered from the meals to the wine tasting to the runner duck watching (has to be seen to be believed) are fantastic and they set the bar for the rest of our time in South Africa very high indeed.»
