«We had a lovely stay at the Melrose, and a special thanks to Lelise and Malcolm at the front desk! When we didn't get the room we had booked, they gave us an extra room so that our 18 year old got a room to herself (instead of sleeping on the sofa in our room). Much appreciated. They also sent her flowers etc with a birthday greeting - very sweet! Our room was nice and spacious, with a separate bedroom (nice and comfy bed). «Love the convenience that we valet parked the car and didn’t need it again until we checked out. Felt totally safe as we walked around to first class shops and restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the pillows on the bed. Too new and full.
