«De los 4 lugares que nos hospedamos en Japón este fue el de la habitación más grande, era un mini departamento con muchas comodidades, nos entregaban toallas limpia todos los dias (incluso tuvimos que pedir que no nos entregaran más jaja). «Beliggenheten var topp.Servicen var topp. Husets tilstand og komfort var topp. Eneste minus var manglende bestikk. Etter en uke på hoteller ville vi gjerne spise litt mat i huset. Det var kun teskjeer og spisepinner og tekopper der. Servicen var super. Vi fikk låne to sykler gratis og vertskapet hjalp oss med sykkelruter og med restaurantanbefalinger. Vil virkelig anbefale et opphold i dette historiske huset for å få ekte japansk stemning.»

«What a great immersive experience to have a little house for our stay in Kyoto, so close to many temples and other areas of interest. The house was cozy and warm in the cold weeks of winter and the large bath and zen garden were a nice touch.»

«Nicely renovated machiya in a great location. Very nice to have a bathroom upstairs. Street is very quiet, but with easy access to things. Futon is thin so try to sleep in beds. »

«The property looks exactly like the photos on the website, which is a nice little surprise. Very nice little traditional Japanese house. Location is great and you can walk the Gion neighbourhood whenever you like. You can walk to Yasaka Jinja and Shijo easily as well. The bus stop is only 100m away and Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka are only a few stops away. There is also a direct bus to Kinkakuji if you want to visit it. A couple of issues with the property. First, the check-in location is about 5km ...

«한적한 주택가 느낌인데 여기저기 걸어다니기 너무 편했어요. 교토의 유명한 지역은 모두 걸어 다닐 수 있고 지하철도 가깝습니다. 청결하고 욕조에서 중정을 보며 맥주 마시며 여행 마무리 하기도 좋았습니다. 다만 체크인 방법을 숙지 하지 않고 가서 왔다갔다 번거로웠지만.. 대체로 만족합니다. 주변에 선술집도 많습니다. »

«Small, but beautiful and authentic Japanese home in the centre of the Kiyomizu-dera district, a short walk from the temple and the Sannen-zaka and Ninen-zaka pedestrian streets. Ceilings are low and the house can be a bit cold in some rooms during winter, but there is efficient sufficient heating in all bed and living rooms and overall cleanliness and living standards are high. In all, a far greater experience than staying in a classic hotel. Highly recommended!»

«This hotel was the best! The room had everything we needed to have meals outside of a restaurant, along with a full fridge and freezer. There were two loft beds over two beds on the ground, which was ideal for the two kids to sleep up and out of the way. The staff was friendly and helpful. We never wanted for anything. 10/10. Would definitely stay there again.»

«Walking to Gion area and to Kyomizu-dera with amazing view to Kyoto and walk along small beautiful traditional shops. The room size is great for the three of us. Sauna and oxygen bath in the room are great addition. Also, free laundry is a big plus. Hotel is modern with the touch of Japanese ryokan style. The food in the restaurant is vegan. We really enjoy our stay.»
