Beautiful Island, amazing air b&b
Julie let us put our suitcases in the house because we arrived early. We were able to change and run out while they finished cleaning. Julie was great when I needed to contact her. The house was amazing! Just what we needed and we loved coming back from the beach to lay by the pool. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Wonderful !
This property is one of the best I have stayed at in the Caribbean. The place is modern very clean. Everything went perfect. I will be making a return visit at some point. Thank you Dennis , and staff.

Taste of Heaven
Villa Maria was more than we had expected. The wine and charcuterie board upon arrival for our anniversary was a nice surprise. Julie’s welcome was greatly appreciated. The hot water in 2 bathrooms was not the best but we made it through. The location was great for nightlife, food, adventures, the beach, shopping, etc. the pool was amazing. The pool cleaners showed up twice without notice but they too were in and out with no disruption. I look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend it!

The location and amenities were ideal as quality restaurants, beaches and tourist attractions were within 5 minutes. Once we figured out the roundabouts....LOL, driving was a breeze. Design Villa Maria is on the short list for an Aruban Christmas return visit..

Could not ask for better layout
So very impressed by the design of this home. There were three couples that stayed in this villa we each had our own bedrooms, and the bedrooms were laid out on each side of the pool, which allowed for the utmost privacy yet when we were all together in the huge great room for eating or entertaining we could not ask for more. The pool was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful. The property manager Julie responded immediately and if we had any request, she was right on top of things. The owner recommended a concierge which was Freya. She was fantastic. She made our arrival perfect. If we were asked to give one recommendation,It would be that lighting in the bedroom and the bathrooms could be a little bit brighter . Overall, the property was amazing. The area was amazing. We could not be happier. The owner and the property manager were great to deal with. if I ever had the opportunity to build a home in this beautiful paradise, it would definitely be designed exactly like this home! We would definitely love to stay at this property again!

Aruban vacation
I chose this property mainly because one of my sisters is in a wheelchair and everything was on one level.......lots of room for her to maneuver throughout the house. The pool was wonderful as well as the covered patio area as it did get very warm during the day. There is a rooster in a nearby property that made sure to let me know it was morning....lol. Food in Aruba can be very expensive depending on where you go and we found the best place was C-Mart and not as crowded as Superfoods. Had a great stay and plan to come back in a few years.

Another wonderful stay at Villa Maria
This is our second year staying in this beautiful home. Location is perfect for all activities and the house amenities leave nothing to be desired. The Host and Property Manager were very helpful and communication was outstanding. We wholeheartedly recommend this hiuse for a great stay in Aruba.

best girls trip ever
I stayed here with three other ladies for our girls trip. One of us had a birthday the week we were there and there was a bottle of wine for, which was very thoughtful. We were greeted by Julie when we got there, she was so nice and a ball of energy. She was very responsive whenever we had questions. The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful place. The address is on Ruby Street and it is indeed a gem. The pool was a favorite hangout spot and the pool cleaners come twice a week to clean it so it’s very nice and clean. The kitchen is amazing and very well equipped. All of the bedrooms are very nice and comfortable with large walk in closets and very nice ensuites. After we learned that the hot and cold water were the opposite of the label on the shower faucet all was right with the world. You definitely need a rental car but the villa is in close proximity to most everything, including the California Lighthouse and Arashi Beach and Palm Beach. We all agreed that we would be back, either together or with family.

Aruba 2023
Aruba is definitely a happy place. DESIGN VILLA MARIA is a a great house. It is exactly what was listed, pictured and more. Such a spacious and comfy home. I will staying again. Stay here, you will not regret it.

Beyond our expectations.
Cannot say enough about this house, the owner and their property manager. From the booking in 2021 to the Covid cancelation and then the re-booking this year, the experience has been flawless and very professional. The house itself is everything the listing shows and more. Our family comfortably settled in from the first minute and had to pry them loose to leave. Fantastic location that is a short drive to everything. The neighborhood was lovely with very friendly neighbors always with a ""Good Morning ". We found ourselves spending more time at this beautiful home and the gorgeous pool than we would normally during an Aruba vacation. If the opportunity comes again we will definitely book Villa Maria again.

Villa Maria is a Wow!!
We just spent 10 fabulous days at Villa Maria.. the house is gorgeous.. even bigger then it looked! The pool was cleaned 3 times while we were here.. julie the house manager is fabulous.. she even responds to butt dials!! Everything is wonderful… one Happy Villa!!

Amazing cozy villa!
Large modern home with open kitchen/dining area overlooking the pool. Clean pool with a great layout, while one side gets sun the other has shade with ample sunchairs for all your guests. Caution: tiles do get slippery when wet, be safe and use footwear around the pool. Cozy outdoor seating for the evenings. Large bedrooms with individual AC and TVs. Large bathrooms with walk-in showers and walk-in closets with access to the pool from each master bedroom. We went with two families (7 people) and the kids loved running around in the open spaces. Close to the beach, casinos, supermarkets, etc. Arashi beach was the closest but a couple times we drove out to Baby Beach (~40min drive) which was great for the kids...highly recommend. Great communication with the property owner and property manager, Dennis and Julie. Fantastic property and would stay again!

Check in was wonderful as we had Julie there waiting on us with information and even a bottle of wine. Julie was our point in contact and help us anytime we needed anything not just the house. The home speaks for itself! It’s beautiful and even better than the pictures. Our stay was amazing!

Awesome property! Property management is the best! Very friendly.

Awesome two week vacation.
We just got back from spending the past two weeks at Villa Maria. There were 4 adults and 3 young kids in our group. We had a great time. The villa is in a very quiet + safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is a short drive away. The pool is awesome. The property manager is lovely to deal with. We would return to Villa Maria in the future.

Wonderful Villa!
We had a great time at Villa Maria! The pool was great and there were enough chairs for everyone. It was great that one side of the pool was in the sun and the other was shaded so that we could take a break when needed. The owner's assistant was always available when we had questions about where to eat or where things were. We highly recommend this Villa. You will love it.

Great house and great location
Villa Maria has an excellent location about 5 minutes from our two favorite beaches - Boca Catalina and Arashi beach. We picked the house mostly because we have stayed in this particular neighborhood before, and the design of the house looked unique. The house is much larger than it appears in the listing, with a large amount of common space and generously sized bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own AC unit and bathroom. This house would be great for large groups. The outdoor area is awesome with plenty of shade throughout the day. The management company was responsive before the stay and it was easy to make arrangements for the check-in, even with our flight delayed by 90 minutes. Highly recommend staying at Villa Maria.
