«Overall nice property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept. This is a hilly property, but they offer a very responsive shuttle service. Our room in bldg 14 offered a phenomenal view of the bay. We stayed at this resort about seven years ago. Not much has changed and some of the areas of the property are worn. That said all employees try hard to ensure a memorable stay. We would consider returning in the future. »

«The only option available for us was a family style room. It was spacious in that there were two queen beds and a sitting area. Our patio was completely secluded due to the trees in front. The property itself is so beautifully landscaped. Your stress will melt away! The staff is friendly and accomodating. I asked for an iron and one was delivered promptly, though they weren't sure if there were any. It was away from the town area and anything you do away from there will cost a grip to get to. ...

«Nothing but fantastic in every way. Great location next to the beach, large parking space, modern and new facilities, clean and large outdoor pool with warm water, excellent and breakfast with wide variety. We stayed in 4 different hotels during our 2 week stay in CR, and this Hotel was by far the best. I cannot believe why this hotel is so cheap to stay in, and that it wasnt full booked while we stayed there. «Seven family members stayed at the RIU Palace Guanacaste. Three of us had birthdays and the rooms were updated and decorated. We had a Junior suite that was had alcohol dispensers, a fridge with drinks, a mini jacuzzi and king bed with a lovely veranda overlooking the pool and partial view of the ocean.
