«We decided to change accommodations a few days before arriving in Montezuma Beach and couldn't have made a better decision. Enjoying the pool and working or reading on the covered patio were beyond relaxing. You're surrounded by nature while still enjoying the comforts of a full kitchen. «First and foremost the dining area and kitchen were infested with red ants that stung multiple of us. There were also marching ants as well. We had to eat with our feet on our chairs so as to avoid getting stung. They even climbed the walls! The stove required a lighter for each burner. The pans were in poor condition. One knife had a missing chunk of the blade. Neither fan in the master bedroom worked. This property is made of three separate buildings separated by 1-2 flights of stairs. The ...

«We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple.»

«What a wonderful vacation! Pre-trip communication with the property manager was very timely and clear. Property was truly beautiful and extremely comfortable—furniture, beds, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor furniture, WIFI, Roku were all fabulous. Daily check-ins from the property manager contained restaurant and activity recommendations, and daily housekeeping kept everything clean and straightened up.
