«The property, the location and amenities were all perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family of 4. Cosy and warm and log fire a nice addition as the heating is on a timer for when the temp does drop. «Beautiful place to stay, fantastic facilities, fantastic site and views. The only downside I found was not being able to check in till 16:00, and having to be out for 10am. No real time to have a nice chilled out morning and enjoy the surroundings, and 3 dirty pans in the kitchen. Also broken glass out by the hot tub and a bottle full of cigarette ends. But other than that we loved it and would 100% recommend and stay again. »

«Fabulous little getaway. Very peaceful with amazing views over Cardigan Bay. Very comfortable, clean and surprisingly spacious accommodation for 2 of us. Great bistro just a 5 minute walk away and a short drive to the nearest shops, cafes and bars.»

«Stayed here for four nights. Great weather so walked to Cardigan twice! Coffee at the Coach House and walks at Poppit Sands. Loved having morning coffee with the spectacular views. Need a small car to get to the hill!!»

«Lovely stay, only down side was it was chilly… wish I’d brought my slippers. Also there weren’t any walks (that we could find) on our doorstep. A shame when there is no secure garden (I was aware of) and you have a dog to walk. Also the bathroom location wasn’t ideal. Facilities were great, was clean and well looked after and we had a great stay there. Beds were comfy. Welcome shortbread on arrival too… thank you! Would stay again »

«A wonderful property for families, children and dogs. Well equipped, beds soooo comfortable. Bathroom/shower areas look lush and work well. The horses in the next field a treat for us all. Next time a longer stay to settle in and explore the area more. Cardigan is lovely, beaches so picturesque. Moody Cow for Sunday Lunch.......the best Ive ever had!! Cant wait to return. Well done to the owners for understanding their Clients needs. »

«Only setback was the many steps (57) Sometimes quite a jaunt but no doubt kept us fit after all the Fish Chips and Icecreams.»

«Lovely location and close to amenities. Barn was presented nicely but not cleaned thoroughly before arrival. Would also have liked a welcome pack with information on property (WiFi, heating instructions) and the nearby area. »

«They made us feel really welcome with the welcome pack and made things so easy for us by getting us a welcome bundle with fresh bread milk and eggs and also loads other little things, there little cottage is amazing and they should feel really proud how amazing they have set it out it’s perfect and you can see the effect they have put in to make it perfect and Marty and bev the hosts couldn’t have asked for any thing better thank you for a lovely stay. Ps the pics don’t give the cottage justify ...

«Overall the property was spacious, for the most part clean and we enjoyed our stay. However, there were a number of things that needed attention with the shower being the main one. We have reported our issues to the management company in case they were not aware of them but have not had a reply as yet. »

«Amazing as usual, we have stayed i think four times. Only one point, not able to let dog off lead in garden, other than that perfect!»

«Lovely tidy property, had all the mods and cons needed but the walls were a little thin and we could hear our nextdoor neighbours, And they could probably hear us. The hot tub was a selling point for us but unfortunately it wasn’t the cleanest and couldn’t use it for long. (2 evenings max). Also, the bed was a little too short for my 6ft4 husband.»

«My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. The cottage is well equipped although some mobile service providers, (Vodafone) do not cover the area. Locally there is a small shop come P.O. ...

«Had a problem finding as it was actually on a caravan park which would have been no problem if we had been told ….was very clean and tidy (shower was a bit battered) but was ideal for what we needed Didn’t feel we could use Hot tub as not comfortable being overlooked not much privacy »

«A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future.»
