«From the start Michael was great at communication. He made the process super easy. We were able to check in early with no problem since we were driving in from 6 hours away. We did have a hiccup with checking in with the code not working but one quick phone call and we were in within minutes. The house is gorgeous with beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake! We had a group of 11 people. Four of them being kids and the rest ages 17-34 and we all fit comfortably. «We selected this home due to its proximity to Katy Trail. It was great- open, lots of space, kitchen was well supplied. We were able to get on the trail easily. The hot tub was perfect after a long ride. »

«Fantastic home! On the water, plenty of space, comfortable beds, use of the 3 car garage, basement is a perfect spot for the kids to hangout are a few reasons we will be staying here again.The outdoor amenities were an added bonus! Paddle boards, kayak, fishing poles etc. We have stayed at Innsbrook a few times and this property had way more to offer then the others.Communications were great! Very responsive to any questions we had.»

«This house was perfect for our weekend visit to St Louis. You can tell the owners have multiple rentals - they have thought of every detail like nightstands and lights on each side of every bed, extra blankets and pillows, any utensil you could think of in the kitchen, and plenty of space to stash your items! «House was immaculate centrally located nice rural type of community. We had a great time, lots of open space to sprawl out in. Beds were comfortable as was other furniture throughout the house. Definitely will be back.»

«The set up of the 2 homes is perfect! The hosts thought of everything, from kitchen utensils to the pool table in the game room! They were quick to respond to our questions. The pool was an hit and did not disappoint! Our guests ranged in age 3-68 and the homes were perfect. Enough room for all. The location is perfect as well. We could walk downtown for brunch or ice cream, or even to sit by the river. We’ll be back! Thank you for allowing us to stay in you homes!»

«Spent a few days here with several friends. It's a great rental for several small families and quite child friendly. Christine was very nice to deal with and very informative about the property and rental process! It's a very nicely stocked house at a great location!»

«This cottage is a great home away from home. Meticulously kept. The only thing you may need to be prepared for is the train whistle in the middle of the night. Not a big deal, but was alarming for someone that lives in a very quiet mountain area with little to no noise at night. »

«Great home with enough space for 12 of us to celebrate a family birthday! We cooked, ate, played pool, watched movies and enjoyed a few walks around the neighborhood when it wasn’t raining. It was a cozy home. Do wish we could’ve gotten the fireplace going and if it hasn’t been raining we definitely would’ve enjoyed the cute back yard/fire pit. A wonderful time had by all!»
