Don't miss this beautiful cabin with 2 lofts at opposing ends painted boldly in black, white and accented with natural wood. This is a great location for access to Brundage, McCall, MeadowCreek and more. Enjoy the deck overlooking Goose Creek, or walk on down to play around in the river then enjoy the river-side fire pit as the sun starts to go down! This is a very tranquil location set amongst mature Ponderosa Pines with the sound of the running water in the background. Great filtered natural light reaches the entire interior throughout the day. Great for a romantic getaway, or for a small family.
The north loft has a king bed w/ desk in case you need to jump on your computer to do a little work while you're on vacation. The south loft has a full bed and looks out over the river. The two lofts are separated by a suspended bridge, accessed by the spiral staircase just outside the north loft. Each loft has an enclosing curtain for visual privacy, although not significant sound privacy. There is a single full bathroom on the ground floor with awesome glass-door walk-in shower.
Beautiful galley style kitchen with everything you will need! Propane cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer as well as a wine fridge. Numerous smaller kitchen appliances include both drip & Keurig style coffee makers.
Being a modified A-Frame style house, there is great light from the front to the back. The living room is situated in the center of the house and extends under the south loft with a wood-burning fireplace as a focal piece, centered between two sliding doors onto the deck overlooking Goose Creek.
There is a flat screen TV in the living room with a Roku to provide access to streaming services using your own devices. Wi-fi internet also provided. By far, the best entertainment is outside of the house on the deck, or down by the river. There is a fire-pit on the north side of the house, and a second one down by the river.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood just off Hwy 55 North of McCall, this property is tucked in the woods elevated for a view and private access to Goose Creek.
Home has in-floor heat and a wood burning stove, no air conditioning. To cool the house on the warmer days, opening windows and the sliders to allow for cool breezes off the river will do the trick!
Great location for snowmobiling / base camp for rafting with a long driveway and a second wider driveway to park your larger trailers.
