New York vacation

"Hotel was nice and modern. Breakfast cost around 100 dollars for two including tips and the service was abysmal. They also closed our room (added an extra charge that my card didn't accept) late at night until we provided a new one. I'll admit I cna understand making sure the bill is payed (usually this is done on checkout), but closing the room without forewarning and not taking it to us directly was pretty bad. The bed was also very hard and moved around quite a lot which made it hard to sleep. At its price point I'd expect more, but it is what it is."

"Very nice hotel. Personnel were friendly and accommodating. Food in restaurant very good and decent priced. Location could not be better. Quiet area for being New York City and plenty of good coffee shops, restaurants and high end shopping right around the corner. "
