Have a stay full of lasting memories with the locals and transplants alike in Nashville's most popular downtown neighborhood! This chic apartment is perfectly located near many of the Nashville hot spots you've heard of. Stay close enough to the action to be the first in line at Biscuit Love or walk to your reservations at some of Nashville's most well-known eateries. Either way, the shops, boutiques, and entertainment will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the best of what Nashville offers within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our home, and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it!

This apartment features an open-concept dining and living area set right on the Zen Garden with a private patio so you can relax from the bustling activity the Gulch offers! To the right of the kitchen, there is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails!

The spacious bedroom is off the open-concept living room with a modern and bright feel and a large walk-in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2, the bed is a plush memory foam queen with an extra blanket for comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with a bright vanity and a sizable garden tub with a modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time!

The space has a washer/dryer, so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville easily, knowing you don't have to worry if you need it!

My home is set with everything you need to feel right at home!

**Please note that we recently replaced the couch with a new, improved, larger Grey cloth sofa that still converts to make a full-size bed. The couch pictured desperately needed to be retired, and we want nothing but the best for our guests! Enjoy the new sofa!

Great Location
The good: Very good accommodations and Amanda is very responsive. Great for walking to downtown or the Parthenon. Loads of good restaurants. The OK: Check In is a little complicated but navigable. The younger crowd dominate the area and building and the long corridors add to feeling you are in college dorm. Once you find the easy exits it’s convenient but coming back in means you walk up the street to entrance and then parallel your steps inside up the long corridors. The Bad: none that I can think of.

Not a great experience
The amenities inside the apartment were below expectations considering the overall cost. The dishes were mismatched, "clean" glasses were in fact put away dirty, the TV was very small, the shampoos and soaps were previously opened and seemed to be re-used. There was only one roll of toilet paper. The TV was very small and there was no basic cable which is frustrating if you just want to catch the news. There were all kinds of notices about being charged which was off-putting and quite frankly the inside wasn't nice enough to warrant all of the warnings. I would try a different place next time.

Honest Feedback for hosts and guests
First the good: 1. Location: Perfect place to stay to see get a good introduction to Nashville, it’s history, and lots of good music. Recommend walking or scooters while in town. 2. Minimalist condo, to me a plus, since I am minimalist. 3. Close to the better food in the city, from our experience. 4. Good resource books to help you acclimate to bring in town. 5. Comfort: the bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. 6. Considering the proximity to the trains, the place was very quiet. Second, the bad: 1. While the condo was clean, the complex is huge, and a good % of dogs live there. The enormously long hallways have severely stained rugs, and smell like a kennel. 2. instructions: A prior renter complained about the checkin process, with multiple garages and requirements for parking and access, and I thought he was just a complainer. He was not. As excited as you may be to start your vacation, you must take the time to read the poorly organized epistle of instructions, to best determine all the steps (literally and figuratively) that you need to take to avoid extra fees or delays in carrying out your vacation plans. 3. While the host was responsive, it felt as though she was more interested in the money she was making, than making you feel like her guest. Whenever you had a question about access, the key fob, the parking permit, or what to do when your car got booted, she made it clear that it was spelled out in the instruction epistle, and made you feel like you weren’t smart enough to read. 4. Communication: the host is not a good communicator. She is slow to respond by email (with apologies), quick by text, but does not treat you as her guest. Her responses were always to reiterate what she had already poorly written in her instructional epistle, or send you an inaccurate picture of where the housekeeper left something. She left me with a feeling that she couldn’t be trusted, to the point where I took pictures of each room, how things were left, in the event that she would try and charge me more. 5. All other furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. Recs to host: 1. Take a fresh look at all that you comm to your guests, and see if there is a better way to comm all the steps needed, temp to perm parking, key fobs, parking permits, what to do when your car is booted (if you don’t know, find out), and arrange them in a clear, concise, and logical manner. 2. Treat guests with respect.

Moderate Review
Location was 5 star! Cleanliness was 5 star. My husband and I are in our 50's. We are to the stage in life where we want certain luxuries. The bed was a queen and only moderately comfortable. Our biggest and really only complaint is that the furniture was just not comfortable. No where to curl up and read a book or sit and watch the basketball play off game. The TV's were ridiculous. We ended up watching a play off game on a channel where the camera was on a hoop with no sound. TV in bedroom didn't work at all. We aren't at bars until all hours of the night. We would have liked to come back and read a book and maybe have a little quiet time on a comfortable couch and watch some sports but that really wasn't an option at all. The owner is very communicative, place was clean and tidy and the location was phenomenal. We found the getting in and out of building was a bit cumbersome with gates and fobs etc. Overall, I'd have to rate this place moderate due to the uncomfortableness of the condo. Probably really good for young 20's. But for the more mature couple, I would look elsewhere.

Nice place and close to downtown
Place was clean and met our expectations. Check in process was different because you do not check in with a person onsite but property manager was very helpful and sent an email with detailed instructions on how to check in upon arrival. Many restaurants within walking distance.

no flexability
I needed just a few extra hours to check out at 1pm but they would not allow. I offered to pay a little more and was met with a $200 plus fees response. They kept responding with a place to store my luggage, but it was my daughter that I needed a little later check out for. Hotels have flexibility just remember this type of accommodations do not. We ended up having to change our flights, so my daughter was not wandering around for hours while I worked.

Fantastic location in the Gulch!
This is a great property! The apartment was very clean, great kitchen, easy free parking, great pool and gym and you can’t ask for a better location. It’s within walking distance to everything in The Gulch and less than a mile from Broadway. Amanda was great to work with. We will definitely be back!

Not Clean and Check In process is a Nightmare
Check in process requires you to download an App, go to 2 different parking garages, enter 5 or 6 different codes. Go to the room, get a FOB, drive to different parking garage, then walk back to your room. You are going to need 45 Minutes at least. The hallways in the building were dirty. Bathroom floor was so dirty our grey socks were stained from walking on it. The floors and rugs were dirty, didn't look like they owned a vacuum that worked. Lint filter on dryer had mold growing in it. Great location, but would not stay there again.
