Magnificent and spacious, LUXURY OCEANVIEW PENTHOUSE at The Sands of Kahana. This home features two (2) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, two (2) lanais and air conditioning. It comes fully furnished and fully stocked. Just bring your toothbrush, swimsuit, and flip-flops! Sit back with your favorite beverage(s) and enjoy the most SPECTACULAR YEAR ROUND SUNSETS AND OCEAN VIEWS IN ALL OF WEST MAUI. There are two king sized beds and two (2) sleeper sofas. A washer and dryer are included in the condo. The kitchen is fully appointed and ready for you to cook a gourmet meal! All you need to do is fill up the refrigerator with your favorite food and beverages. Sands of Kahana PH 281 is the perfect place to enjoy everything Maui has to offer with family, friends and loved one's!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The ocean view is simply breathtaking, with three balconies to choose from for taking in the scenery. From our balconies, we enjoyed watching turtles swimming near the beach and the stunning sunsets each evening. The beach is just a quick elevator ride away, making it incredibly convenient. The resort's restaurant bar, located adjacent to the pool, was a great spot for socializing and enjoying meals and drinks. The unit itself is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a large pantry and a well-stocked spice rack. The spacious living room, dining area, and bar area made our stay even more comfortable. With ample beds and pull-out sofas, the unit comfortably sleeps eight people. The air conditioning was adequate and kept us cool despite the August heat and humidity. We also appreciated the great Wi-Fi service throughout our stay. The unit is conveniently close to nearby beaches, and it came with a fantastic assortment of boogie boards, water toys, snorkel gear, floaters, and an ice chest. We even added a few pool noodles to the collection. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to others. ---

Amazing condo!
We loved staying here. The views were amazing. Waking up each morning to the clear blue ocean and sea turtles swimming about made our stay extra magical. The condo was just as described, but even the description did not do it justice. We’ll definitely be booking here again.

Awesome Experience
We loved our stay at 281. The location was incredibly convenient, the views were unrivaled, and the property manager was very responsive to our needs. My family’s only concern was that the patios were not clean upon our arrival, which limited the amount of time we spent out there. We understood that there are pigeons that frequent the patios but it would have been great if they were clean when we arrived. All other amenities were first class. Thank you.

Fabulous Maui getaway
The property was really pleasant for our family and friends getting together for a week on the beach. It was nice to be right on the beach and the kids loved the pool! Communication with management company was very easy and responsive. We enjoyed every minute.

Oceanfront Delight!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this HUGE suite! Plenty of room for the four of us! And the views of Molokai and Lanai were spectacular! My only complaint with this stay was the checkin process. Arriving after midnight and having to wait over an hour to get our keys was definitely a disappointment. That said, if we find ourselves back on Maui again, we will definitely try to stay in SoK 281!

Best Views on the Island
We loved every minute of our stay in this unit. We would watch whales breaching from the multiple patios, see turtles swim along the shore each morning and catch gorgeous sunsets before heading to dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed, the unit was spotless, the space was huge. We had an issue with the internet, and the management was quick to send someone to fix it. We are a family of 5 (kids 8-13) and the space was perfect for us. They had plenty of beach chairs, body boards and pool toys for our use, the washer and dryer was full sized and worked great, we had no complaints and would love to stay there again!

Great condo and location
This condo can accommodate up to 8 people and our group was 7. There are two beds and two separate couches with rollout beds. The views of the ocean are wonderful and oceanfront. You can’t go wrong if you stay here. It is a very lovely condo. We encountered a minor problem with 2 of the a/c units, as they share a drain line and the line was clogged, causing water to drip quite a bit from the ceiling and it’s paneling (we set out pans to catch the water). We immediately notified Epic Realty (it was a Sunday) and they had a technician out Monday, after we made a reminder phone call. The technician cleared the line and showed us how to do it ourselves should it happen again. It did happen again and we cleared the line. However, the temperatures were mild enough that we decided to just keep the a/c off, so as to not worry about water leaking from the ceiling and the paneling. This is something they should look deeper into, as I worry they could end up with an expensive problem with water damage/possible mold. I would stay here again.
