«45A Pleasant St was perfect for our family! We could walk to town walk to the grocery store and centrally located for all our events on the island. Our Host was outstanding and the property was equipped with all our needs! Great place to stay!!! We will stay again on our next visit to Nantucket»

«We had a lovely stay at this property for three nights over the long thanksgiving weekend. Great location with a very easy walk to town. House is beautiful with everything you need. Plenty of space for everyone and the common area on the second floor is fantastic. We especially appreciated the quick communication from our hosts. Will definitely be back!»

«All 9 of us enjoyed the large house and outside spaces. We could easily walk to Jetties Beach and downtown. The kitchen was well appointed and the dining room was a lovely room fun to share our first dinner. When we had a plumbing issue the owner of the house was very responsive. A great rental! »

«This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. «Our stay at Frankie Starlight was absolutely amazing. Francis was a great host, responded quickly to texts (no issues, just couldn't find the code he had originally sent!) the House was clean and cozy. Kitchen was easy to cook in and well stocked! Our kids loved using some of the toys. The yard and back porch were prefect for evenings with young kids. Wine on the porch while they played! We will definitely be back. »

«This house was the perfect place for our family: two children with their spouses and our one granddaughter. We have three excellent chefs in the family who cooked gourmet meals in the well stocked kitchen. The beach access was so easy that our 2 yo granddaughter walked it many times a day. «The house is beautiful and very comfortable for 7 adults in their 70's. The location is close enough to town but far enough to be quiet and secluded. We had one issue, and it had nothing to do with the house. There were workers onsite every weekday......landscapers, pool workers, sprinkler maintenance workers, plant sprayers and hedge trimmers for 2 full days, very noisy and disruptive.
