«This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. «Beautiful, cozy guesthouse. Very clean, simple nautical theme with lots of light. Tom Nevers is about 6 miles from the city center of Nantucket, but delightfully quiet with a beautiful beach. Absolutely no light pollution, so the unspoiled starry skies at night were a sight to behold!»

«The house is beautiful and very comfortable for 7 adults in their 70's. The location is close enough to town but far enough to be quiet and secluded. We had one issue, and it had nothing to do with the house. There were workers onsite every weekday......landscapers, pool workers, sprinkler maintenance workers, plant sprayers and hedge trimmers for 2 full days, very noisy and disruptive. We contacted VRBO and they cancelled all the services for the last day we were there. We are considering this ...

«Absolutely loved our stay at the 4 Pearls last weekend. Communication with Craig was so great, easy checkin, allowing us to arrive early AND stay a little later on checkout day. He checked in with us during our stay which was very nice to know he was available. The house is an easy 10 min walk to town on a nice quiet side street. «Visited Nantucket for a getaway to ride bikes and see the island. It was great to have the bike path just at the end of the neighborhood drive! We rode all the way to Siasconset! The home was comfortable and clean, and has a very well equipped kitchen and great grill in the beautiful backyard. Easy access to all parts of the island!»
