"This hotel is a 4* at best. I was given a room on the ground floor in the corner with full view into the room from all angles, which provided little to no privacy. The bathroom did not have a proper way to drain water, so after a shower, almost the whole floor would be covered and even leak into the hall. Also had some bad service experiences in the hotel. And the pool was way too cold to swim, making it redundant. Shame, as it is advertised bettter than it is."

"Avani is a nice hotel in the city center. We enjoyed the room and facilities, but the service and the staff gave us poor service. At check in we ordered a transfer to the airport for the next day, and confirmed this the day after. The staff told us everything was fine, but seem distressed and unfocused. When we were leaving for the airport there was no transfer arranged for us - and they were blaming us for not booking it in the correct way. We had to book a transfer our self last minute and nearly missed our flight. The staff was unable to help us and just ran around looking confused. "
