«When we booked what we thought was a hotel for our business trip to a show a RAI, nothing looked like it actually was small capules we were going to sleep in. It might be fun if you are 20 and are on a budget. But not when you are on work and have passed the fifties and need your sleep to perform the next day. Disappointed by hotels.com for not showing what kind of concept this was. »

«We have mixed feeling about this stay. The hotel is modern, both the rooms and the kitchen/reception area is super nice, cozy styled and furnished! However our room was not proper cleaned. We gave information about this to the staff who promised to fix this by the next day. In total we had to report three times about this problem before anything was done. Everyone we talked to was very helpful so clearly the problem is with the communication to the cleaning staff. In the end we got a new room ...

«Dirty, the room had not had a good cleaning for a while. The receptionist happily «cleaned» it (removed the worst stains) when we arrived and complained. She promised housekeeping would clean the following day, but it never happened. Nor did they clean the following day....»

«We really enjoyed being by the water and layout of our room, which included a kitchenette and separate seating area. The staff were all excellent as well. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to the downtown core, so if you prefer to step right out of your lobby into the hub, it may not be for you, but we found the location perfect.
