«My wife, son (13 years old) and I stayed and it was the perfect size for the 3 of us. Beautiful view of the ocean surrounded by fruit and macadamia nut trees. Recently renovated with new kitchen appliances. The outdoor deck/lanai was perfect for enjoying meals and coffee in the morning. You are in the country. «Beautiful view from our yurt, but it was not clear in the listing that the yurt had no running water or bathroom IN the yurt. We had a separate private bathroom a short distance from the yurt with 2 toilets, one being an incinerator type (A little complicated, but doable), a shower, and a sink. All dishes had to be taken from the yurt to the bathroom sink to wash them. There was bottled water in the yurt for drinking. Good refrigerator. «Great stay for exploring the southern part of Big Island. Our family loved the pool, well equipped kitchen, and location. I would definitely recommend staying here. Look in to booking through the rental agency as they do not complete anything in VRBO. This was the only downside as all the instructions and check in information was not easily found in the app and was emailed through a different address.»
