Great house & location
The house was perfect for 10 people! Loved that each BR had a bathroom. It is very close to the beach and other fun activities for the whole family. It was very clean and the communication was quick & easy! Highly recommend!!!

The size we needed
The house was the perfect size! Views were beautiful It was very clean! A little dated. Needs more seating in the living room area! The beds may need new mattresses, but over all, it was a great place to stay! I would recommend it to friends or family!

Overall we were very unhappy with our stay were we couldn’t wait to leave! I wish we could have found some where else to stay but we spent over $4,000 to stay here. I was waiting 2 days for maintenance to come and never came. I couldn’t waste more of my vacation waiting for them. I wish we could have been compensated for something or at least the house cleaning fee because this house was NOT cleaned! When I book this house out it had excellent reviews well it was wrong and I will NEVER rent a house again. -Checkin was 45 minutes late. -Owner assumed we would be running late due to traffic. No call or anything letting us know they were running late. -House cleaning was rushed due to the house guests prior making a disaster of the home. -Smoke Detectors disconnected -Living room couch completely broken -One of the bathroom lights above the shower was falling out -One of the fans in the bedroom was wobbling so bad we couldn’t use it -The amount of dust build up was disgusting!!! -Garbage disposal broken -Refrigerator was not cleaned out -Air filters was not changed in months -Only had a cold water in the bathrooms for a few seconds -Trim on first floor bedroom wasn’t glued to the floor -Some blinds were taped as a way of being fixed -Found a dead cockroach under a dresser Some positives are the house was spacious. Plus it had a bathroom in every room and fit my family of 10. The beds were comfortable. The pool was really nice to have.

Val was an amazing host and the home is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of space to spread out. My kids loved the super short walk to the beach! When we visit again, this will be our go to rental!

Fun For All!
From the On-Line reservation to check-out everything was nearly perfect. Reservation was simple, house was beautiful and Val was quick to respond with any questions we had. House was clean, roomy and just what we were looking for. Price was fair as well. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to rent at Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful Family Memories
A beautiful home, convenient location, and plenty to do made for a perfect week that went by all too quickly. This "beach house" has an excellent floor plan, and each room is thoughtfully furnished. We only had to provide our own groceries. It has the conveniences of home but a definite feel of vacation with so many activities within walking distance. The beautiful beach, just a short 1 to 2 blocks away, was a must each day. The clean pool just steps from our door was enjoyed by all. The owner is responsive if you need him (we just had a few questions that he quickly answered), but otherwise tactfully distant. Our family agreed, this house is a gem and we all were sad to leave. Our group of 9 included our two adult sons and their families, children ages 4, 10, and 12, and my wife and I enjoying part of our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration with our family. Myrtle Beach vacations were a fun filled part of raising our two sons 30 years ago in Ohio and this trip created NEW special memories to carry the good times on to the next generation.

A week vacationing in a house located in a perfect location.
Location! Location! Location! Beach, boardwalk and downtown within walking distance. When we went further away from home, we used Uber and taxi service. A lot of square footage for 4 couples, each having our own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped, but only one kitchen dishrag and dish towel. Went to Big Lots to buy extra. Also minimal bathroom towels and washcloths. Cleaning lady came in middle of week because we had trouble with the televisions. Cleaning lady said more towels were in a locked up closet, which we did not have access to. TV in every bedroom but could only get one to work and that was limited. We didn’t go on vacation to watch TV but it would have been nice to catch up on news and sports when getting ready for the day. The cleaning lady who was sent to help with TV’s knew less about fixing them then we did. At first glance, house is clean, but corners in bathrooms and under beds needs some attention. Having communal pool was great. Only problem-two ducks came every morning and pooped in the pool or on the pool steps. It was great to have washer and dryer in the house.

The only problem we had was that 3 of the TV did not work.
We loved the location of the house. Our teenage daughter's enjoyed the fact that they could walk around with out us. The only down side was that not all of the TV's work and most of them did not have any cable. Also, I love the fact that I was able to bring my dog. I would love to stay again next year, but we need to have a cable in all of the rooms.

Perfect Location and Layout for a Family Beach Vacation
My wife and I brought 7 teenage girls (uggh!) for a week long beach vacation, and the beach house was perfect for our stay. It was large, clean and spacious. The main floor has a kitchen, family room, dining area, balcony and also a queen size bedroom with full bath. That was a perfect hide-away for us from the girls, who occupied the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, each with a full bath, and a large open area with a pull-out couch. The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to the beach, Family Kingdom amusement park and King's Highway, where there are numerous restaurants. Grocery stores, Costco, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Target, etc. are all within a few mile drive. Val was the perfect host. When the cable TV had issues, he installed Roku devices in the family room and master bedroom (2nd level), which the girls preferred to cable anyway. And when the community charcoal grill broke, Val purchased a charcoal grill for our use. Overall it was a great stay and we look forward to coming back. Thanks, Val!

Great Location
We had a great time in Myrtle Beach! The house was a very short walk to the beach and we loved the pool area. We loved eating at the Noizy Oyster, which was a short two block walk! House was a great size and layout for our group of 9 and worked well for us. The owner responded promptly to any questions we had about our stay. The one thing we noticed was that the house could have used a little extra cleaning. The basics were done, but it needed a good spring cleaning and some rooms could use a fresh coat of paint. Ceiling fans, corners of baseboards, etc were dirty. Front of the kitchen cabinets were splattered with something and we pulled several dirty dishes out of the cabinets.

Very impressed with the quality and cleanliness. Location was perfect.
Val couldn’t have been more accommodating for us. Extremely quick response time was key since our flights had been canceled and all 10 of us had to take different flights in. The ease of having an understanding owner made the trip a breeze. The house is far enough from the street to not hear any noise. Yet close enough to walk to the beach and/or kings highway in about 2minutes. More than enough to do within a 10 minute walk that we didn’t even need a car. Amusement park and water park we’re fun activities. We had 3 mini golf places as well. The house was clean and stocked for when we arrived. The pool was clear and didn’t have that overwhelming chlorine smell. Considering a group of people had just left a few hours prior I was very impressed. All the linens were clean and fresh. No dirty dishes or left over food like we’ve seen in past visits with other owners. For getting to broadway at the beach or bear foot landing we used Uber. Most exspensive one we had was maybe 10$. So location couldn’t have been better. We had planned on golfing everyday but the weather just didn’t cooperate. So I couldn’t give you an accurate review on the golf courses within that 30 min span of the house. We will absolutely be reaching out to Val in the future for our next stay in Myrtle beach.
