«This Sedona property offered an outstanding experience! Everything about the home was as advertised and then some. It offered a perfect sprawling floor plan for families to spread out and enjoy the various areas, inside and out. Jane, the host was attentive with communication. The neighborhood is located in a perfect location and is a spot to during your trip to the Grand Canyon!»

«We had a great stay! The location is perfect - close to hiking and Uptown Sedona. It's above a glass blowing place, which we took advantage of. So much fun! The place was clean and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again.»

«Great location, lots of extra amenities and conveniences included: selection of soaps, shampoo, coffee creamer, water and even wine and snacks! Hosts live beside the property but felt very private due to landscaping/fencing»

«Overall great experience. Great location in Sedona (southern part of town) in the middle of a neighborhood, but we didnt see or hear anyone else from the property. Joel is very available via text for any issues. Hot tub and sauna both as advertised and very functional. Stayed with three kids under 11 and 4 adults and had plenty of room. »

«Everything was clean and we appreciated the washer/dryer and the massage chair. Beds were ok and kind of enjoyed not having a TV for distraction. Only two forks in the drawer so bring your own or buy some compostable ones if you have more than two people. »

«We were looking for a place near Sedona and this home hit all the marks: Spacious room, pet friendly, and not too far from Sedona. Jeff was also very communicative. We had a minor hiccup with the fireplace and he was quick to respond and assist as soon as he could. Even though it's not located at the heart of Sedona, its only a 25 minutes drive on the freeway and 15-20 minutes on the streets to get to uptown Sedona. «We stayed for a few days and wanted something close to central Sedona for hiking and shopping. This place was perfect! In a quiet neighborhood with great amenities and everything we needed to get a good night’s rest, with a well stocked kitchenette to heat up any leftovers or make our own food, and a nice bathroom that suited our needs. Highly recommend and would stay there again. »

«The house is within easy walking distance of downtown Sedona. Very comfortable house, from the comfy bed & soft linens to the soft bath sheets. The hot tub out the front door was a bonus. Very peaceful neighborhood. Thank you for providing coffee, washer and dryer, and garage parking. Communication was simple and gave us all the info needed before we even got into town. Will definitely recommend and hopefully come visit again. »

«Listing is just as described, great views and comfy accommodations. They even had robes! We found the guidebook helpful and appreciate that they included the Red Rocks parking pass. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was just as promised when we arrived. »
