«Check in was a disaster. They didn't communicate through email any check in instructions, they use an App that I don't have or use. Once we cleared that up it took almost an hour from the time I got the the property to figure out their demands to get an expensive deposit made until I could get a code to get into the place. The management company the owner uses for check in is a disaster. Poor customer service, didn't respond to most emails. The place itself is small and basic which is fine. ...

«This is an excellent property. The house is outstanding and complemented by an excellent location in easy walking distance of Buxton Town Centre. This was a special holiday for us celebrating, a golden wedding and a 70th birthday during the year.
