«This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning/maintenance people were outside having a screaming match. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets with the dishes. There were acorns on the couch. One of the queen size beds were broken and unable to be slept in. There was supposed to be a pull out couch which in fact was a blow up mattress. The downstairs window was cracked with and completely open. This was supposed to be an amazing get away for my Mom for her 6oth and 2 of our ...

«Spent 4 days here with my wife for our 20th anniversary and although it was in the middle of an arctic blast, the cottage made the whole trip worth it!! Amazing being right on the water, and cottage had all the amenities to make you feel at home!! Can't wait to go back, hopefully to do some fishing with the grandkids!!»

«The location of this little farm is a total surprise since it’s so secluded and yet so close to everything you might need as well as the attractions R.I. offers from Providence to South County and Newport. The cottage is classic early New England but modernized for full comfort. The farm animals are a bonus and the hosts are very kind and thoughtful people. »

«Beautiful location that met every expectation. The management team was very responsive and through dutiful communication we were able to check in early. Our stay was short (1 night), but was exactly what we needed and wanted. Bobby (owner) was there to greet us on arrival and was extremely hospitable. We will recommend this to others and hopeful to return in the future »
