«Starting with checkin. I was in constant communication updating the host (or their designee) with our arrival time. Upon arriving we had to wait an hour for him to let us in. All doors had code locks which we were provided after when we could have easily gotten in to property instead of waiting in our car after a 6 hour drive. «The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty.
