«Overall, the hotel room itself was well-stocked, and had plenty of things to ease our stay as we arrived in the midst of a power outage and no electricity in the hotel or town. The main contact was unreachable; however, the room manual listed two contact numbers. «The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty. No shampoo, conditioner, soap or dish washer soap. No information or how do use booklet. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. We open the ...

«The location of this apartment cannot be beat if you are looking for all of what Old Port has to offer. Lots of restaurants/bars/shops steps away. Alaa was a great host and communication and check in were very easy. »

«The home looked like an abandoned home from the outside -- straight out of a horror movie. The deck had broken boards, totally unsafe to walk and sit on. Grass was not cut. The property had a terrible smell of sewage. The floors indoors were warped and buckling. Rooms are much smaller than images show. Definitely not worth a look. We couldn't stay at the location and moved to a hotel. This was totally disappointing.»

«Pros: Big room with separate sleeping area. Clean bathroom with good water pressure. Nice sized TV with all sports channels. Cons: No coffee maker. And for seniors, the bathtub\shower does not have safety bars. If you have mobility issues, you might want to choose another property.»
