«We have stayed at this property 2 years ago and was very impressed with the apartment and location. It’s city center and comveniently located around many shops, restaurants, and transportation. If you stay in Balogna and don’t rent a car this place is perfect. It was also clean and comfortable. »

«Fantastic views and very comfortable! Cozy cottage and quiet stay. It was very clean and had plenty of room for 5 adults aged 24-86! It was exactly as described and the host Mario was wonderful- made himself available to answer any questions we had. Wi-Fi, parking and the 3/3 bed/bath was exactly what we needed. The killer views and quiet neighborhood were a perfect! »

«Our family, four adult and two children stayed for one week in october -16. The place is beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms and the beds are spacy. The bathrooms, one of then with steembath, are exuisite. A small garden with private parking made the stay perfect. «Een prima woning in het mooie Emilia-Romagna. Een perfecte uitgangspositie om naar Bologna, Modena of het nabijgelegen natuurgebied te gaan. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, met het OV raad ik het af. De woning is goed uitgerust en erg netjes. Bed slaapt prima en de keuken biedt precies wat je nodig hebt. Wel een nadeel: de omgeving. Helaas voor de verhuurder kan hij hier niets aan doen. De hond van de overburen blaft iedere nacht meerdere keren langdurig. Daarnaast begon een -zo lijkt het- dronken ...

«Nice flat with everything we needed in the kitchen and a washing machine. There was even washing powder so after traveling for over a week with backpacks we washed a few items of clothing by hand. It was refreshing to be in a flat with all the equipment we should need. The only negative was a few silverfish in the bathroom. »

Hyggelig hotell sentralt i Modena.

"Veldig hyggelig hotell, typisk klassisk italiensk stil. Tydelig at dette tidligere har vært et toppklassehotell. Litt slitent gulvteppe på rommet, men alt var rent og pent. Den store TVen plassert på skrivebordet ødela helhetsinntrykket, men den er ikke lett å plassere uansett. Meget hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale i resepsjon og frokostsal. Fikk hjelp til bestilling av en fantastisk tur til en balsamicoprodusent, en unik opplevelse! God frokost, også glutenfritt utvalg. Meget sentral plassering og hotellet sørget for parkering av leiebil. Anbefales!"
