«Checking in process was good, they had a great description of what to do when you got to property. No concerns there. I had my family with me on this trip, including a crawling 1 year old. We found the house to be very unclean when we arrived. We found some toenail clippings and some old food bits scattered amongst the floor. Obviously floors had not been swept from the previous guests. The house is older which gives it great character but the small window units that cool the entire ...

«Our family stayed in this lovely home rather than a hotel and we all enjoyed it! Plenty of space for 5 of us and room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The check in and check out process was simple and smooth. We will enjoy staying here again in the future when traveling through Vicksburg! »

«I thought the place was nice for the 2 nights, the place was clean and they even had snacks The AC/ wouldn't blow out heat. Since the weather was warm in the am and cooler at night. I wanted Apt C but for some reason Vrb had it listed as available so the host notified me that D was available. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. »

«Alvin was a great host, we ran late getting there, Alvin called to check on us. Helped with detailed instructions. Actually waited up on us past his bedtime. He was there each time we came off the lake, shared stories. He treats you in a manner that makes you relaxed and feel welcome. His location is away from traffic, yet close to docks and restaurants. Definitely consider for the peace and quiet, much preferred over hotel room. Great stay.»

«We had a sweet stay in Greenwood for a long weekend. Our biggest challenge was getting the door code sent to us, but luckily I started asking for within the last hour of our drive down. By the time we pulled into the parking space we had it and everything was good. Overall, that’s a pretty minor hiccup The neighborhood was quiet. I would not hesitate to stay again. The food in this small town rocked!!!»

«I have stayed at another one of Terra’s vacation homes before. Just like the previous home, this one did not disappoint. She was a very responsive, attentive host to all needs. The home was clean and accessible to all tourist locations. I look forward to renting from her in the future!»
