«The price was very reasonable. It was great to be near restaurants and coffee shops. Unfortunately, we were there over the weekend and there was considerable noise into the wee hours of the morning. We learned that one needs to register with MPD for parking and there are restrictions. You can only park on the street for 3 days out of 30 and need to park on the odd side on odd days and even side on even nights. The WI-FI was poor. «We enjoyed our visit during a wedding trip and would recommend this property to others looking for a well equipped 2 floor space with room to relax. Highlights were cozy den with eclectic decorations and plants, well provisioned kitchen, upstairs loft with fireplace and wet bar, and more. Plenty of heat and hot water. Great location for our trip to town!»

«What a cool place to stay in a great city! The building has many amenities and our unit specifically was clean, spacious and modern. The location was fabulous ! There was an adorable coffee shop a block away and multiple bars within walking distance. We walked to almost everything we did. «The lodging was just what I needed for my short stay. The only problem I experienced (which is a very important to me) was the in ability to control the heating. Its either on or off. When its off, it's going to get super cold and when its on, it will get super hot and uncomfortable. I had to open the window often to cool of. »

«A nice studio apartment with a good sized kitchenette. It's most certainly worth the money. The location was so convenient. It was in close access to everything in the city. Only complaint would be the dust, there was a decent amount and some places that could use dusting. Not good for people with allergies. »
