«Super clean and close to university as we could walk there. We did ask for early check in and the host did agree. However, we were told that someone else had rented the night before. We couldnt check in early, which I understand. I just wish the host had reached out to us before we got there. Will stay again if we are in the area. »

«Family members, and I stayed in this lovely house for the Penn State graduation, and Masters Ceremony of my youngest child (also, the youngest grandchild) Our gracious hosts, John & Brennen were BEYOND fabulous! The home is spacious, clean, with many cool amenities. If you're in need of a place in PA (with more comforts than a hotel) I would highly recommend this property. The thoughtful owners provide even the smallest of details for your convenience & enjoyment!»

«Our group of family and friends ages 23 to 64 experienced the perfect fall weekend at Linden Lodge enjoying a beautiful, well appointed and equipped, cozy home with amazing views and close proximity to Penn State. This home has a nice blend of inside and outside family gathering areas as well as rooms for personal space. Perfect place to prep for a Penn State tailgate, too. «Needed a break from political adds, and enjoy the PA grand canyon. Even got a chance to wet a line and catch some trout. Had beautiful weather to enjoy the foliage. Enjoyed a nice fire pit early evening, and the wonderful dark sky stars. Look forward to visiting again next year.»

«Over all a good stay. Nice location, clean, beds hard , but for 2 days it worked. Only real issue was the listing had a $50 fee for a pet. Ended up receiving 2 $50 fees. Which was/is confusing. »

«Great location. House was a work in progress. It seemed that the house was not 100%. It was fine for what we needed. We arrived at 11:30pm, out the door to stadium by 11am. Got back home after midnight. It was a nice port in a storm. Minor issues, no hand towels, no toilet paper holder, paint rollers in the refrigerator. It will be nice when completed. »

«The beautiful stained glass windows brighten an already eclectic great room. There are so many fun things to interact with in this house. The feel of this house is playful and informal. We played games and did puzzles while relaxing with the warmth of the pellet stove. The snow and cold made it feel like winter camping in the woods. Enjoy this house with an open mind. «We had a very nice stay at the Love Shack. Jane went out of her way to think of everything and added many extras -- water bottles in each bedroom, wine, toiletries, and snacks. The house was spotless and the layout was great -- the heated family room was especially cozy. The binder with restaurants and other information was very helpful. Truly 5 stars (not just Vrbo "everyone gets 5 stars").»

«This wooden cabin was perfect for our small family. It was well equpped for cooking. We brought water for drinking/cooking but the owner also provided it We came after the heavy rain so the access to the river was hard for us, the ground was very wet on the shore. »
