«Great place for 4 couples to stay. Beautiful, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were so comfortable and the entire condo was spotless. The rooftop patio was a great place to hang out before or after going out. Lots of stairs and a train, but it was good exercise and the train didn’t bother us. 10 minute drive to Broadway. Karen, our host was very quick to communicate when needed. Thanks you »

«This place was very cute and the location was right outside downtown. It was close to everything. It could use a table to sit and eat but all in all a comfortable home. »

«This place is lovely. We didn’t have heat and it was fixed the same day. We also reported that the bedroom lights (LED) would not fully turn on with the switch. However, three of the four lights were partially lit even when the switch was turned off. We did report that immediately because there was always a glow at night. This was never fixed. Just for those who need it to be dark to sleep. »

«Really enjoyed the hot tub on the roof. The view was great. Quick Uber to broadway.»

«The property was great for four adults needing their own spaces. The deck was great for hanging out and relaxing by the river despite the traffic noise. The only thing that would’ve made it more convenient would be to have a keypad entry versus the key. Great, safe location with easy Uber/lyft access to all Nashville hotspots. »

«Our stay was tremendous. The location is close enough to downtown to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet. David and Janice were great and everything was as advertised.»

«The house is immaculate. That's really the selling feature for us. The high-end furnishings are appreciated. It has plenty of beds/space for my family and since my 90 year old parents come, having a master bedroom on the 1st floor without steps for them is ideal. Trust me, we will be renting again! Next baseball season. It's been our annual mecca! »

«The property was clean although the floor felt dirty.There were only two large towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people. No sheets for the sofa sleeper. Unfortunately we checked in late so we didn’t received the extra towels and sheets till the next day. Overall it was a really nice stay. »

«Property had a beautiful lake view. Communication with Kelli was not even necessary because everything was explained perfectly and easily accessible. Neighborhood was very peaceful. It was exactly what we were looking for. Space was very comfortable and clean. We had an amazing time! »
