«The house was perfect for our reunion of several adult women, most who wanted their own bedroom and bathroom. Each floor has a kitchen and sitting area, however, we only used the main floor kitchen and living room which worked out well for 8 of us to hang out together. Each room is decorated nicely and the bathrooms are nicely updated. My only issue was that the owner doesn't send the lock codes until the day of arrival, which made me a bit anxious. «If your looking for a good location, lots of space for a cermony and to have family stay this is it. Its not to far in the country has pleanty of space for every one and a big backyard with animals. It was lovely! »

«From beginning to end, our stay at the Captains Quarters was a positive experience. With an arrival later than anticipated, the door was unlocked, lights were on, and we were greeted warmly by the owner. This sweet property is in a beautiful neighborhood, it has everything you need, and is close to downtown Franklin, Leipers Fork and many historical landmarks. We highly recommend this property.»

«Location of this property was ideal if you’re looking for something quiet yet close to all the main attractions. Communication with the property managers was always prompt and we were able to check in a little early as well. Property itself was great only a couple areas of improvement but nothing that was a deal breaker. «Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location met all our needs. The unit was mostly clean but the floors were dirty. White sox immediately turned black. The shower door is a bad design. It's only a half door, and the water runs out and pools on the floor. A bath mat was not provided and we only had one towel each. There was no kitchen towel provided. We did not have a communication tool to contact management. And the "hidden" mandatory damage waiver fee of $25 is not transparent. It should ...

«The home was exactly as pictured. Great location with lots of coffee, eating, and shopping within walking distance. Only downside which is no fault of owners but the noise, music from a club in the next block over was heard into the early morning hours. Would definitely book again but bring a sound machine. »

«The accommodations are accurate as stated in the information. I loved that each bathroom had its own bathroom. The space was spacious for 8 of us plus two children. Keep in mind there are a lot of steps through out the house. House was clean and near Broadway. »
