«I don’t usually leave property reviews, and I tend to avoid places without a host check-in due to past bad experiences. However, I must say the check-in process was the easiest I’ve come across, clear instructions and codes made it seamless. The room was a delight and had everything I needed. «Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment»

«We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the place felt very homey. Everything went smoothly with check-in and check-out, and the host was easy to communicate with. We’d happily stay here again!»

«We wanted a seaside weekend break to relax and this apartment was everything we could ask for. Beautifully decorated and furnished, a few minutes walk from the coastline and in a tranquil setting. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, thanks for the tips on where to eat!!We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.»

«The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue ...

«Great apartment just 5 mins walk to the pier with all of its attractions. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. If I was going to Clacton again I would have no hesitation in staying here. »

«We (3) stayed here while carrying out work locally.The apartment was clean, cosy and everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the local area, we just knew the way to work sit and back and there was plenty of takeaways and supermarkets along the way. There is no cooking facilities so this is useful.All round spot on place. Would stay again if in the area. 100%»

«The price was great, good location if not the prettiest of views. Right next to the high street and lots of shops, restaurants and local transport. Next door to a large public car park which can be paid with the ring go app. Not the cheapest parking but we knew before booking and were away from the flat for the days anyway. The flat lock is accessed by an app which took a bit of getting used to, but was much more convenient overall than an in person check in. Service was really attentive and ...
