This luxurious, stylish, and detached holiday villa for six guests offers an exceptional water view. Designed with privacy, high comfort, and a spacious hardwood outdoor patio, it has everything needed for a fantastic stay by the water.
This single-story villa is situated right by the water, offering stunning views. The high ceilings and large glass windows create a bright and open atmosphere. Inside is a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a dining area for six, and a flat-screen TV—a perfect setting for spending quality time together. The modern kitchen includes a refrigerator-freezer, built-in stovetop with an integrated extractor, combination microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a full set of cookware and tableware for six.

Arrival and Departure:Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.Guests are asked to return the key at the designated location upon departure.
Booking Requirements:Bookings are confirmed upon advance payment, with final payment required before arrival.Weekly rentals are mandatory during peak holiday periods; otherwise, daily arrivals are allowed, except on Sundays.
Accommodation Rules:Overnight visitors must be registered in advance. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax may apply.Youth groups and parties are not permitted.Business stays or reservations are available on request and subject to approval.
