The home was small but it worked for our needs, had a living area, sleeping area and great internet. Washer and dryer worked great. We could walk across the street food or drive a couple minutes down the road. Close to park, dog park, and any amenities you could need.»

«We didn't get to spend as much time on the property as we would have liked but we enjoyed our time. It was a peaceful spot on a secluded property. Meeting Dexter the Donkey and the cats on the property, as well as enjoying the scenery, was the highlight. The house is quant, maybe a little cluttered with unnecessary furniture making the spaces feel a little small, but we loved all of the plant life and nostalgia as well as the coffee area. «We had guests visiting from Michigan and used The Seedling property as our base of operations. We explored Edwardsville and the surrounding area, much of which was walkable. We loved our time at this property! It was very cute and had plenty of space for two couples and one child.»

«I’ve been to their home twice now. They provide every essential you need. It’s quiet and peaceful. They provide board games to entertain the family. «First i want to say the house was spacious enough for all of us. The house was not very clean and the vents must've been dirty because we all got sick with colds and congestion the next day. The fenced in backyard is basically jst the pool and a little space for the grill. We could not go out there because of the way the pool is covered and not blocked off so the kids or even adults may have fallen on the tarp which had previous holes and fallen in the pool which still had water in it. «I can not even describe how perfect of A place this is for A large multi family stay. There are rooms in basement, ground, and 2nd floor. Each floor has bathroom and A kitchen. (Top floor is efficiency kitchen). The place has 3 doors on the back to go directly into each floor. Clean place with plenty of towels. We celebrated our daughters wedding at Wicks event center that was mile away. This place allowed family tone together for the weekend.»
