«Had to get a place due to repairs being done on my home due to the tornado hitting my home. My dog now has issues with loud noises. This was the perfect place. Fenced in backyard, the neighbors seemed friendly. I could relax if not for just a little while. The owner was pleasant to talk to. I have no complaints. »

It was a little dated, there was some rust buildup that prevented the balcony door from staying closed without the deadbolt that I assume had a little bit to do with the humidity and salt air, and the living room furniture was very stained.
