✅ A signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out. The security deposit will not be used for normal wear and tear but rather for significant and preventable damage to the property. You will receive information about the rental agreement, security deposit, and optional travel insurance via email and platform message after booking. ✅ This cabin is part of a beautiful natural setting such that wildlife, including bears, snakes, and spiders, may make their presence known. We require that guests not leave any food unattended outside and that all trash is bagged and placed securely in metal cans within a bear-proof enclosure.
