«I did travel in the low season (July) but have also travelled to the same location in high season and it was still relatively quiet. Private pool is what sold me, but the condo itself has all you need. I travelled solo , but there is more than enough room for 2 people + 1 child. If you love cats, you will have many new friends, but if you do not feed them they will not bother you! * Only note the on site open air restaurant is closed during low season.»

«The casita is adorable! Tastefully decorated with bright Mexican colors and all the comforts of home. The view from the terrace is unbeatable, and the casita is steps away from the beach which is much quieter than the downtown area. We will be back for sure!»

«El lugar está increíble, tienes acceso a la playa, es muy seguro, el departamento cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para para tener una estancia agradable. El complejo está muy bonito y completo, la verdad es que es una muy buena opción, lo que hay que considerar si lo usas es rentar un auto porque moverse es muy complicado, el Uber aún no funciona del todo bien y es muy caro transportarse en taxi»

«Our first time to this part of Mexico- the place is perfectly located and easy walk to the beach. Communication with Efren was seamless.It was clean but not overly clean. The bathroom still had hair in the drain. We did check in early so maybe it was rushed. »

«This was our first visit to Punta de Mita. We are so happy we chose Ancora, it was perfect! The space was fabulous, we loved our deck & the rooftop infinity pool & view from the amazing restaurant!
