«What an amazing little place this was! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem. Right on the water, we enjoyed early morning coffee watching the fish jump and the birds float along the water. We slept up in the loft and the view out the window at sunrise was just breathtaking. «Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch.»

«We loved our stay and the hosts Joanne and David are very kind and accommodating. The house was well laid out and nicely decorated. The setting was just gorgeous. «My family stayed for a week. The house was spotless up on arrival, one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in! It was the perfect size for our family, the location was wonderful and the neighbors renting were so kind. We had everything we needed. For the bedroom I would suggest you change the curtains to light blocking to prevent waking up earlier than you want. Otherwise our stay was very nice we enjoyed every bit of it.»
